您的任务

- 1.Formulates the upstream strategy (Portfolio, Product & lifecycle) for the assigned portfolio based on strong customer insights, in close cooperation with global product team (supported by Marketing);
- 2.Collects and analyses of customer and market information, does competitive benchmarking and defines existing market target customers;
- 3.Translates a general product plan into clear detailed specifications for proposition development, business case and potentially new business models;
- 4.Own product pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities;
- 5.Works in cross-functional teams to include R&D, Finance, Quality, Marketing and Operations to develop and deliver integrated offerings that meet the needs of priority customer segments;
- 6.Lifecycle management: Keeps the existing portfolio healthy from a financial, high value and quality perspective;
- 7.Drives the market introduction of the portfolio and develops effective marketing materials based deep customer & market insights;
- 8.Responsible for the overall technical support team, including pre-sales and after sales technical;
- 9.Works with Business marketing management teams to enable the sales teams;
您的个人资料

- Education / Degree:Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred;
- Experience:
- 1.Sound experience in product development, marketing or related field;
- 2.Preferred to have experience in valve or measurement & instrument segment;
- 3.Strong drive and experience in value proposition creation.
- Specific knowledge:
- 1.Commercial policy enabling development of pricing models;
- 2.Ability to develop realistic and comprehensive Business Cases and New business models;
- 3.Expert at defining marketing mix, channel strategies and Go-To-Market approach, Installed Base programs, etc.
- Specific Skills:
- 1.Skilled at portfolio management and pragmatic decision-making around lifecycle management;
- 2.Skilled at driving customer results by utilizing program/project management abilities;
- Language:Fluent verbal English as well as in reading and writing;
- Computer:Familiar with MS office, excellent in MS Excel & PPT;
- Managerial Competencies:Real team-player, positive can-do attitude, strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality who knows how to get things done in a matrix organization;
