Within the Business Support department, your mission at Geneva Laser Application Center of Technology (CoT), as Laser Application Engineer, will be to act to assure:
.Sales support activities: pre and after sales in collaboration with Sales Support people
.Support of Marketing activities in collaboration with MarCom: sales promotion material, in a global and multicultural environment.

Your tasks

Tasks
  • Realizing successfully and autonomously, with the highest level of quality and efficiency, activities related to Laser Application Center in Geneva like:
  • Customer satisfaction by delivering COT activities (testcuts, training, …), respecting shortest leadtime and on-time execution.
  • Sales Co's support: assistance, training, …
  • Customer assistance and training
  • Internal projects: development, marketing, …
  • Giving the adequate feedback following your activities to Head of BS, R& D team, and to Sales co if required.
  • Active participation, on daily base, to Geneva Laser Application Center activities, with teamspirit, and with a behaviour close to customer environment.
  • Contribute continously to the evolution and improvment of Laser products and services.

Your profile

Profile
  • Engineer in mechanical or micromecanics.
  • Knowledge in : 3D CAD-CAM, (Photoshop or GIMP,) …
  • Experience : CNC machine use
  • Experience in precision mechanical applications
