Your tasks
- Prepare MTO’s for plastic piping systems based on project specifications, P&ID, blueprints, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare technical submittals and proposals.
- Use drawing software to prepare detailed drawings and schematics of plastic piping systems.
- Prepare spools manufacturing drawings.
- Reviews project documentation ensuring accuracy and follow up on ITP activities with QC team.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as planning, procurement, QC & production teams to make sure that all milestones are tracked and achieved.
- Ensures that procurement requests are place in time and accurately to avoid delays in production.
- Responsible for fabrication item code creation in the ERP and salesforce, update the BOM and routings in ERP, calculate costs and update the selling price in ERP and Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholder to ensure that projects run smoothly.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical) with at least 8 years of relevant experience with advanced project management experience
- Expert in designing tools (CAD/REVIT/NAVIS)
- Detailed engineering piping design capabilities
- Knowledge of MS Project or other project management tools will be an advantage
- Effective influencing personality with effective communication skills and with the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders
- Must be an advanced technical problem solver with clear understanding of solutions
