Main Tasks

- Assists the Turbine Group sales team in creating and printing quotes.
- Support the Turbine Group Sales team, including mailing list updates, correspondence, literature stock, and requests.
- Maintain customer database as required in both ERP and CRM.
- Support the sales efforts at trade shows, company functions, and open houses and respond to inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Assist Turbine Group Operations Manager at Pratt & Whitney on reporting tools. Access and monitor Pratt & Whitney portal.
- File service call and invoice for the Turbine Group
- Set- up machine intervention and preventative maintenance contract (PM) for Liechti machines.
Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred. At least three years of administrative and clerical experience is required.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Systems, including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of Power BI is required. Knowledge of Great Plains or similar software programs may be helpful.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as processes and procedures, financial documents and specific service reports and documents. Effectively communicate ideas, both written and verbally, to customers, management, or employees of the organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and volume. Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
