Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Governance Framework:
Develop and implement data governance policies and standards.
Define roles and responsibilities within the organization.
Establish clear data ownership and accountability structures.
2. Data Strategy:
Align data strategy with business objectives.
Develop data acquisition, storage, analysis, and utilization strategies.
Identify opportunities for data monetization and innovation.
3. Master Data Management (MDM):
Oversee the creation and maintenance of a master data management strategy.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Define and manage master data governance processes.
4. Data Integration:
Manage seamless data flow between systems.
Develop data integration strategies and pipelines.
Implement efficient and scalable data engineering practices.
5. Data Quality and Integrity:
Ensure data accuracy and reliability through quality assessment.
Implement data quality standards and monitoring processes.
Perform data cleansing and enrichment as necessary.
6. Data Security and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with data security regulations.
Implement data protection measures and access controls.
Develop and enforce data retention policies.
7. Business Analytics Tools Management:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Data Management).
- Proven experience in data governance and management, preferably in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance best practices, data management technologies, and industry regulations.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
