Your tasks

Tasks
  • Performs ongoing preventive maintenance of workstations, equipment, and machinery. Update maintenance database and documentation.
  • Writes and maintains equipment maintenance procedures and operating instructions.
  • Conducts daily routine checks thru building to ensure building and equipment are in good working conditions.
  • Conducts Safety Programs and Critical Processes trainings and supports documentation updates.
  • Ensure facility adheres to OSHA, Building Code LEED Standards while performing intermediate level building repairs, installation and audits.

Your profile

Profile
  • Experience with Forklift/scissor lift and machine guarding, welding certification, heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge of AutoCad, Solid Works or similar software
  • Experience MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Outlook and internet research
  • 10 hours OSHA, Fire Extinguisher, Fall Protection, Fire Sprinklers, Building Code and LEED knowledge
  • Three or more years related experience doing facilities repairs and installations in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, roofing, concrete and similar
