Your tasks
- Support the Digital Solutions and E-Business team on the continuous improvement and development of digital solutions, including roll-out across the organization and the different regions and markets
- Work in close collaboration with the different Digital Transformation and Marketing teams for the content creation and data analytics of our digital solutions
- Coordinate communication with global sales companies and external development partners
- Plan, organize and run meetings and workshops to facilitate best practice and knowledge sharing across the organization
- Create, outline and update professional business presentations, reports, user journeys and internal processes
Your profile
- Recently completed or studying towards a degree in business, business informatics, marketing, information technology or related fields
- Interest in digitalization and digital business models, first experience in this field is an advantage
- Full business proficiency in English; German and other languages are a plus
- Good knowledge and working experience of Microsoft Office, experience in creating professional presentations is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics is a plus but not mandatory
- Self-driven and organized, while being an active team player
- Curious and creative mind with good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability: From January 2024 onwards
