Your tasks

- He/she will understand and follow the BT segment sales strategy and implement the agreed plan to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Responsible for the promotion and sales of the entire range of BT products and services to our
- channel partners.
- He/she will work closely with our channel partners to ensure GF products are well represented to customers, supporting them in all matters related to our products and ensuring a well
- stocked inventory level to serve the assigned territory in order to achieve successful channel partner management and sales objectives.
- Proactively qualifying and appointing new partners.
- He/she will also be required to work with the technical engineering team whenever a customer needs customized products or services.
- Provide regular product training, technical information and support in weekly customer visits with partner sales team.
- New sales projects or leads follow through and support channel partner to increase winning rates.
Your profile

- Bachelor's of Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science or related building industry
- At least 3 years working experience in channel sales role with proven track-record experience in Building Material industry will be preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or other languages will be added advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal skills & ability to engage people easily.
- Problem solver and solution-oriented.
