Your tasks

- To assist Head of Sales/Managing Director to identify a sustainable business strategy and develop plans to ensure sales growth and profitability
- To develop, train and coach the sales team in Malaysia and the region
- Maintain and expand the existing building industry and product management of all building technology product range
- Identify customer/market needs and develop a strong distributor networks in Malaysia and SEA region
- Cultivate teamwork with local and regional Sales Managers and appointed distributors
- Proper sales management and handling of supply chain activities and monitoring of inventories
- Manage customers’ expectation and fulfilling customer’s orders and requirements
- To attend and provide technical updates including product training to team members, distributors and customers
- Work closely with authorities in obtaining approvals and other certifications
Your profile

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant engineering professional qualification
- Minimum 4 years of experience on product and technical sales and marketing.
- Similar working experience in a multinational firm
- Strong product knowledge of piping will be added advantage
- Account Management (Technical, Commercial, Execution, Aftersales Correspondence)
- Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Positive attitude
