We offer a position of a OPEX Trainee for the duration of 12 months within our agile team environment that is in constant progression. The main target of this internship will be bringing operational excellence to the next level. Your future responsibilities will include supporting the OPEX team by running continuous improvement projects, which will consist of understanding our End to End supply chain model. You will join our team as a results-oriented and self-reliant individual, and we will assist you in reaching your full potential.

Your tasks

Tasks
  • Perform data analysis, derive hypothesis, create and quantify potentials and execute on the found potentials with a team of experts in the EMEA region
  • Conduct analysis of existing processes and propose new and robust methods for deploying OPEX foundations
  • Create reports and analytics dashboards to help the Opex team make the most appropriate decisions
  • Work collaboratively with the local teams to manage the change and focus on business impact as ONE GF Piping Systems

Your profile

Profile
  • Bachelors/Master's degree in economics, operations, supply chain, engineering, or another related field
  • Strong people focus and change management curiosity to address topics in a suitable and appropriate manner
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills, including MS Office system and tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Advanced skills in databases, spreadsheet statistical applications, and logistic software packages (ERP and Power BI preferable)
  • Prior consulting or industry experience is an advantage
  • Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity, inquisitiveness, and ability to manage process execution
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English
