- 主要工作职责:
- 1.Under the frame of GFPS China strategy, Organize, integrate and guide all human resources activities to support all business teams to implemente the strategythe; Act as a role model of company culture to assist MD to lead all cultural related activities; continuously roll out all actions relating to Diversity and Inclusive aim to fulfill the requirements of company sustainability targets.

- 2.Continuously evaluate, improve, develop and implement all human resouces policies and processes within GFPS CN.
- Interacts with internal/external partners and government agencies to ensure HR operation is consistent with mandatory and Corporate standards.
- 持续评估、提升、制定并落实GF管路系统中国的所有人力资源相关的制度和流程。
- 和内部及外部顾问以及政府机关互动以确保人力资源的运营符合法规以及总部标准。
- 3.Lead the HR team to manage employee relationship and employee life cycle management; keep reviewing and managing overall employee salary and compensation, promote company branding and sourcing, support talent selection and development/training, improve Employer attractiveness.
- 带领HR团队管理好员工关系、员工全生命周期的相关事务; 持续评估和管理员工薪酬福利;促进雇主品牌和人才甄选渠道,支持人才筛选和发展/评估,提高雇主吸引力。
- 4.Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of various human resources programs and control overall human resources budgets and its implementation.
- 评估各种人力资源相关方案的效力和效率并管控总体人力资源预算和实施。
- 5.Administration:Be responsible for administration management, lead administration team to arrange and coordinate overall administrative and office activities.
- 行政:负责行政管理,带领行政团队安排和协调整体行政和办公活动。
- 6.Develop team members in a long term plan and provide coaching to team members in day-to-day work.
- 长期发展团队成员并在日常工作中给予成员教练和指导。
- 7.Other jobs assigned by line managers.

您的个人资料

- 任职资格:
- 1.Education / Degree: Bachelor degree above. MBA/EMBA is preferred;
- 学历:本科以上, MBA/EMBA最好;
- 2.Age Range: 35 to 45 years old;
- 年龄范围:35岁至45岁;
- 3.Experience: At least 15 years job experience related to broad HR function in multinational companies, and at least 7 years at senior levels with managerial experience;
- 经验:具备至少15年以上在跨国公司担任人力资源相关的工作经验,7年以上管理经验;
- 4.Training/Certificate: Cetificate of Human Resources, Grade Two or above (not compulsory);
- 培训和资格证书:二级人力资源证书及以上 (非必要);
- 5.Specific knowledge: Good knowledge of China Labor Contract Law & local government regulations; General knowledge about labor and talent market.
- 专业知识:熟悉中国劳动合同法和各种地方政府政策;熟悉各地人力和人才市场状况。
- 6.Specific Skills: Facilitation and training skills;
- 专业技能:具备主持工作坊和培训的技能;
- 7.Language: Fluent verbal English, and as well as in reading and writing;
- 语言能力:英语口语和读写熟练;
- 8.Computer: Familiar with MS office, excellent in MS Excel & PPT; 计算机:熟悉Office软件,擅长于Excel & PPT;
- 9.Physical Attribute: Healthy;
- 身体条件:健康;
- 10.Special: Keep confidential on C&B and other HR related information per company’s requirement;
- 特殊要求:按照公司要求保密薪资福利以及其他人力资源相关信息;
- 11.Managerial Competencies: Strong planning and organizing ability, able to deal with multiple tasks under pressure; Integrity, ability to gain trust and confidence from different levels of staff, able to development and build good working relationship across all levels; Thrive working with multiple stakeholders.
