Your tasks

- Manage the "Good Returns" team in compliance with defined GF strategies and values as well as the internal process and options based on the parts classification
- The department's mission is to ensure control of the parts returns process in line with reliability criteria, the quality of returned material processing and the timely validation of credit notes
- Measure the impact of the decision regarding returned parts (test, restock, repair, ...) and advice management for a better decision making process
- Maintain contact with each Sales Company as well as external partners to follow up on potential problems to be solved
- Inform technical support of any problems or disputes concerning returns
- Ensure daily preparation and repackaging of parts to be restocked
Your profile

- Technician with basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity and electronics
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP systems and processes
- Proefficient excel
- Forklift licence appreciated
- Pragmatic approach and solutions orientation, at ease in convincing and explaining process and decision
- Proefficient in English as it is the working language
