Your tasks:

Tasks
  • Assistance in defining our global OPEX project portfolio / program management
  • Lead the definition of portfolio criteria
  • Create comprehensive portfolio dashboards, using multiply data sources
  • Assistance in setting up a global resource management tool (prototype)
  • Support content creation around project management / innovation process
  • Support template creation
  • Accompany Jour Fixe session and update sessions globally

Your profile

Profile
  • Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or currently enrolled in a degree program in economic and business sciences, industrial and business engineering, or similar fields of studies
  • Strong interest in project management and OPEX from a business aspect, real world experience is a bonus
  • Organized to work independently and responsible towards individual or team objectives
  • Fluent English skills
  • Confident in the use of MS Office and knowledge in Power BI
  • Communicative, flexible, open-minded, and a proactive team player a with high commitment
