In this role, you will contribute to the growth and success of GF Piping Systems Process Automation business by empowering the global organization with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the market. In close collaboration with training & product managers as well as sales companies and other stakeholders, you will be enabling our teams to tap into market opportunities and support customers across the globe.

Your tasks

Tasks
  • Identify and analyze Measurement & Control product training needs among sales and customer support teams. Determine areas in which additional training and knowledge development are required.
  • Compile, structure and maintain product and applications knowledge.
  • Design and implement hybrid training concepts to tap into market opportunities. Incorporate a mix of learning methods for best effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate training concepts.

Your profile

Profile
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Prior work experience in product management, engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with training program development, delivery and tools/software is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and conceptual skills
