Your tasks

- The talent will be the key to develop and drive strategic application across ASEAN.
- In this newly created role, you will assume the leadership to further develop Water Treatment application business in municipal and industrial end-markets by liaising with and supporting Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
- Your knowledge of the WT applications in different end-markets will uncover new opportunities not identified by the local sales reps.
- Helping Sales to become more solution-sales minded.
- You will also be responsible to identify potential innovations or new solutions and feeding back this to regional/ global Innovation and Product Management.
Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Environmental
- Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of three years’ experience in working on water treatment projects from a technical capacity
- A minimum of five years’ experience in water treatment sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and technologies
- Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
- Able to work both independently as well as is a team player.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel (min 30%) as needed to meet with GF teams, customers and attend industry events
