Do you want to shape the road of Global HR Operations in terms of a high performance and long-term business success within a future-oriented and dynamic environment? Then this could be the right role for you.
For this newly created position we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a highly experienced Head HR Operations. You will be responsible among other things for designing and implementing end-to-end digitalized processes within the HR Operations core processes of payroll, time-management, document generation / workflows, HR Controlling, and HR Master Data.
To meet this challenge, you will find room for maneuvering and forming the next years of our journey. GF has continuously harmonized the HR Operations systems and processes in past years for our more than 3'500 employees in Switzerland, based on SAP as core application. Always with the end in mind, to increase process efficiency, transparency and quality to best support our internal customers in their daily work. Now, we want to enter the next level and expand the scope.

Your tasks

Tasks
  • Direct and indirect leadership of the HR Operations team (about 20 employees - leadership approx. 30%, project / change management approx. 70%)
  • Ensure high performance of the HR Operations organization together with existing team
  • Further development of implemented HR Operations processes in Switzerland
  • Evaluation of regional scope extension for digital HR processes together with Global HR IT team and local organizations
  • Drive the continuous development and implementation of policies, guidelines and services considering efficient use of resources and compliance with relevant rules and legislations
  • Drive pooling and efficient use of external services

Your profile

Profile
  • Education in business administration or technical studies at least at a level of university of applied sciences
  • Profound experience in project and change management and in the digitalization / harmonization of business and/or HR processes within larger cross-country / global organizations
  • Professional knowledge in area of payroll, time management, employee-/manager-self-services, organizational management in SAP
  • High problem-solving skills and strength in simplifying complex circumstances
  • Modern, transformational leadership style or the ability to manage and develop different teams and interfaces in terms of process efficiency
  • Fluent in English and German; French or Italian a plus
