Your tasks

- Direct and indirect leadership of the HR Operations team (about 20 employees - leadership approx. 30%, project / change management approx. 70%)
- Ensure high performance of the HR Operations organization together with existing team
- Further development of implemented HR Operations processes in Switzerland
- Evaluation of regional scope extension for digital HR processes together with Global HR IT team and local organizations
- Drive the continuous development and implementation of policies, guidelines and services considering efficient use of resources and compliance with relevant rules and legislations
- Drive pooling and efficient use of external services
Your profile

- Education in business administration or technical studies at least at a level of university of applied sciences
- Profound experience in project and change management and in the digitalization / harmonization of business and/or HR processes within larger cross-country / global organizations
- Professional knowledge in area of payroll, time management, employee-/manager-self-services, organizational management in SAP
- High problem-solving skills and strength in simplifying complex circumstances
- Modern, transformational leadership style or the ability to manage and develop different teams and interfaces in terms of process efficiency
- Fluent in English and German; French or Italian a plus
