Your tasks

- The sucessful incumbent will be in charge of achieving sales & specification targets in Thailand
- Market analysis, competitive intel, strategy development and implementation to achieve business goal
- Lead business development and growth initiatives across Thailand in the cooling segment using the entire product portfolio available
- Develop sales activities in Thailand by promoting GF's solutions, building a strong network with relevant stakeholders with the goal to identify major projects, specify GF products, establish GF distributors and engage business partners in order to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, vet and establish business partners/ distributors
- Suppport existing or new distributors in Thailand to identifying major projects and business opportunities, promoting and specifying GF products in order to achieve sales targets.
- Support Cooling related sales activities in Thailand with focus on Industrial segment (Process Cooling, F&B, Pharmaceutical, CPI, ...) by promoting GF's solutions and services into the market with the goal to establish GF's market position as preferred cooling solution supplier
Your profile

- At least 5 years of sales, business development and/or technical experience in achieving sales targets in cooling related market.
- Excellent knowledge in cooling solution application in Industrial markets. Background in process cooling/ HVAC required with good understanding of the cooling specifics of Thailand (i.e. system design, fire codes, building codes, sustainability) with focus on central cooling system utilizing chilled water, glycol and brine solution, for example process cooling in Industrial, air-conditioning in Building Technology, and sub-segments such as data center, food & beverage, microelectronics, marine industry
- Good network with key players operating or providing cooling solutions in Industrial and Building Technology segments
- Prior experience with cooling related OEMs will be an added advantage (i.e. Chiller / Cooling Tower / Building Automation / Pumps)
- Strong communication skills (internally and externally) with team player approach, solid english
