Your tasks

Tasks
  • The Marketing Executive for ASEAN / SEA will work in a team of ASEAN marketing executives (based in Indonesia and Malaysia).
  • While you align key topics with the SEA (Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam) country manager and sales teams, the strategic ASEAN marketing campaigns will be planned, budgeted and developed together with the ASEAN marketing team.
  • The execution of such campaigns will be a combination of regional responsibilities (e.g. digital platforms, systems and channels) as well as local implementation (e.g. events in Singapore, sponsoring, ...)
  • Under the guidance of the ASEAN and BU Asia Marketing Team, you will devise and manage marketing and communications programs and events that influence our customer's behavior, generate qualified leads that increase sales opportunities and build strong GF brand recognition within the corporate design guidelines.
  • You are responsible for CRM system driving customer database development, enrichment and overall system management. Actively manage the marketing collaterals for the region (including catalogues, corporate gifts and all promotional materials, etc).

Your profile

Profile
  • Solid B.A. /B.S. degree, 3+ years experience in B2B or B2C marketing and communications
  • Marketing campaign development and event management experience
  • Digital marketing and social media marketing experience
  • Basic Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience or other CRM system
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills in active listening and rapport building at multiple levels
  • Well-developed organizing and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time
  • Experience with MS Office is a must, knowledge of MS Teams, Adobe Creative Suite and other programmes an advantage
