Your tasks

- Ensure the quality and performance of the machines and other products produced within Microlution.
- Perform hands-on work with our advanced high precision ultra-short-pulse laser maching centers while executing machine testing.
- Calibration activities:
- Measure and adjust linear positioning and squareness of the axis
- Adjust the different sensors (limit switches, pressure sensors)
- Calibrate the onboard measurement equipments (probe, camera)
- Machine Performance checks
- Process Improvement: Particiate in root cause analysis
- Service Support: Travel to customer site as needed to perform service duties
Your profile

- High school diploma or GED
- Software skills : Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), programing (G code, PLC logic, C++).
- Minimum 3 years within a machine tool production department and/or similar position
- Experience in service/troubleshooting of equipment with CNC.
- Excellent mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Ability to effectively use high precision measuring tools
- Ability to travel 30% of working time for customer support
