In this newly created role, you will support our Head of Corporate Events and our Managing Director of Clean Water in planning, executing and monitoring events and partnerships

Your tasks

Tasks
  • Supporting the Head of Events in the organization of Corporate Events (approx. 50%); e.g. global Management-Meetings, Annual Shareholder's Meeting, Employee Events
  • Responsible among other things for location search, contract approvals, negotiations with external service partners, promotion and logistics
  • Research & Support for GF's foundation clean water (approx. 50%)
  • Responsible among other things for benchmarking, analytics, communications and marketing, contracting and accounting

Your profile

Profile
  • Completed vocational training (e.g. Mediamatician or commercial apprenticeship), Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication
  • First experiences in project support and/or management
  • Open, flexible, attention to details and willingness to learn
  • Well-organized, autonomous working style, and capable of managing multiple different tasks and deadlines
  • Motivated team player with a pro-active and result-oriented mindset, highly interested in communication and marketing
  • Experienced in all MS office applications
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and German, other languages welcome
