As of June 2023 or upon mutual agreement, we are seeking an intern to support our Corporate Learning & Development team. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the general Corporate HR management and as part of the strategic HR team, you will actively participate in international projects and even take responsibility for smaller projects yourself.

Your tasks

  • Assist with the preparation, organization, execution and evaluation of internal trainings and other events
  • Create internal communications relating to our Learning & Development news
  • Support the team in the coordination and implementation of measures linked to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Assist with various HR projects with special focus on data analysis and learning initiatives

Your profile

Profile
  • Interest in and passion for learning
  • Bachelor or master degree in the field of economics, work & organizational psychology, social sciences with focus on personnel development or similar
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Communication and analytical skills
  • Advanced English (spoken and written), German is an advantage
