Your tasks

- Being an integrated part of the Customer Services department, and after dedicated training on our machines, your mission is the following :
- Create or update a consistent and aligned documentation for GF MS specialists for installation, operation, trouble-shooting and maintenance of the machines.
- Provide and ensure a good sharing of the knowhow to field service people by any means within the organisation.This requires a technical understanding to be captured from R&D or technical support team and a good sense of simplification and vulgarization in order to make the content understandable.
- Participate to new product launches by being integrated in R&D projects to ensure the deliverables of specialist documentation and trainings defined in the process of new products.
- Create and advise on training documentation, which must be available in GFMS "Knowledge Center" to be used by GFMS Academy network.
- Conduct trainings under the GFMS "train the trainer" structure or build eTraining solutions.
Your profile

- Technician / Mechanical Engineer / Engineering background.
- Knowledge of machine CNC, Milling knowledge an asset.
- English fluent, German a plus.
- Team player, ability and will to extensively share know how.
- Structured, autonomous, curious and reliable.
