Your tasks

- Optimize the sales journey from quote to order management.
- Define and develop sales reporting capabilities, together with input from sales and marketing team.
- Play an active role to represent the business on the transformation journey, especially in the development of the future quoting tool (CPQ).
- Quote expert in charge to collect, structure and prioritize business needs, and coordinate with IT for execution and improvement.
- Support Customer Service for processes embedded in CRM.
- Add functionality to support the sales and conduct training.
- Play an active role in CRM implementation projects and version upgrades (planning, analyzing, customizing, testing and training).
Your profile

- Master's degree (business or engineering)
- Excellent command (written and oral) of English, the knowledge of another company language (German, French, Italian or Chinese) would be an additional asset
- Multinational company work experience, ideally in an industrial environment.
- CPQ expertise
- Excellent communication skills & strong analytical capabilities
- Very pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Data-driven thinker who makes decisions based on analysis and numbers
- Enthusiasm, positive attitude and team player.
