- 1. 熟悉仪器仪表测试工作内容，负责产品硬件/软件的系统测试工作，包含硬件可靠性以及系 统测试；根据产品的功能特点，完成在线周期性数据运行测试结果的监测与校准标定工 作，完成设备运行测试过程符合仪器仪表测量精度和规范要求，通过硬件系统组装后进行 程序软件的灌输（烧录）程序，负责功能，性能测试，Bug 的管理，跟踪和回归测试，负 责测试环境的搭建和维护；并完成系统测试和在线运行数据测试与标定工作，对在线运行 参数控制，达到出厂要求的质量精度控制标准；编写测试大纲以及测试报告，保证产品的 质量；掌握完备的测试用例编写方法，包括编写系统测试用例；熟悉软件测试流程和测试 方法；能够了解 BUG 跟踪工具 redmine 等；了解软件自动化测试工具；能独立编写测试 计划，测试方案，测试需求分析，测试用例等；能独立搭建测试环境，准备测试数据，执 行测试过程；对于发现的问题，能提出合理的建议和落实改进措施；对于项目，能出据测 试后的质量评估和风险预估。

- 任职资格：
- 1.Education / Degree 学历：
- 国家全日制大学本科及以上学历，电子信息技术，电气工业自动化，自动化仪器仪表，机械制造与设计类等相关专业。有测量与分析仪器仪表生产测试、校准标定、质量控制经验丰富者，学历要求可适当放宽，如有水质监测解决方案生产测试、校准标定、质量控制经验者和有在企业或者国家实验室仪器仪表专业工作经验者优先录用。
- 2.Age Range 年龄范围 ：25-40 岁；
- 3.Experience 经验：
- 3 年以上仪器仪表产品测试、校准标定、质检生产制造经验，有丰富的产品系统测试和实验室工作经验。熟悉电子元件、自动化测量和分析仪器仪表类产品测试校准、质检等工作与设备装配集成生产工艺的工作， 能够独立使用办公软件；有过 ISO 质量管理有(培训)基础。
- 4.Training/Certificate 培训和资格证书：
- 仪器仪表等相关产品测试工程师或者生产的厂家质检（培训）证书，有中级以上电工/电子证或仪表类技（工）师证。
- 5.Specific knowledge 专业知识：
- 熟悉模电、数电、有 PCB 设计经验，熟悉单片机或 ARM芯片，能够编写下机位软件程序，设计制作工作中相关自动化测试工具；熟悉环境测试、EMC 测试、安规测试，并深刻理解相关测试标准，对产品可靠性有一定了解，能针对测试产品提出整改意见；熟悉产品测试流程，有新产品测试经验，对新产品有异常处理与分析能力，能根据产品特点，提出解决方案；根据测试计划从不同方面测试产品品质，包括操作系统、软件、驱动、硬件、机构件。详细记录问题发生的操作步骤及相关信息并按要求提交报告； 配合研发端找到问题发生的原因及解决方案，并按要求执行相关验证；在问题追踪系统上实时跟踪问题状况；执行一些测试计划以外的随机针对性测试，执行用户体验方面的测试。
- 6.Specific Skills 专业技能：
- 至少 3 年或以上分析仪器仪表集成系统解决方案测试校准、质检等生产工作经验。
- 7.Quality System 质量体系：
- 对仪器仪表器具有测试和质量控制经验。
- 8.Language 语言能力：
- 可对英语进行阅读和书写能力；有良好语言交流能力，识别电路板，电路图中各类器件的符号及字母代表的专业能力。
- 9.Computer 计算机：
- 熟练使用办公软件, 熟练使用 CAD 等图纸设计软件
