您的任务

主要工作职责：
1.Project Lead：
•Act as an entrepreneur (ownership)
•Lead the core team (leadership)
•Use appropriate (IT) tools and methods to support the team
•Orchestrate extended teams incl. suppliers, services providers
•Perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed
2.Project Initiation：
•Challenge business objectives and benefits
•Plan and define the project scope
•Define the deliverables
•Plan activities and their sequence, consider staggered market launches
•Estimate times
•Plan resources and confirm availability and skills with line managers
•Develop top level timelines (GANTT chart)
•Estimate costs for OPEX and CAPEX, develop budget plan
•Define the project team and their responsibilities
•Assure early involvement of global roles (departments)
3.Project Progress：
•Monitor deliverables and ensure the adhere to quality standards / scope
•Perform reviews as needed or requested by the innovation process
•Identify and manage risks / issues considering alternatives
•Monitor costs (OPEX & CAPEX)
•Monitor project progress
•Set milestones and deadlines especially for the critical work packages
•Assign, prioritize, and supervise project tasks (task management)
•Implement and manage changes to the project (time, cost, quality)
4.Communication：
•Define and adjust the communication strategy (who / when / how)
•Assure stakeholders are informed (transparency)
•Escalate critical project aspects early on (incl. project change requests)
•Assure appropriate level of details depending on stakeholder group
5.Reporting & Documentation：
•Report project progress (Global Innovation Reporting, i.e. Smartsheet)
•Create project documents
•Assure proper archiving of project documentation
6.Compliance with global standards：
•Comply with the Global Innovation Process (directive in GPMS)
•Support the process, leading to high quality key documents
•Review the project activities and status referring to the stage gate checklist
•Perform gate reviews (milestones) according to the stage gate checklist

任职资格：
1.Education/ Degree学历：
_A Bachelor-/ Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or similar
_Further education in business administration (finance), or similar
_Further education in project management and/or holding an official project management certification like PMI is a plus
2.Experience经验：
_A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment, leading global product development projects
_Experience working in order planning & execution and project management
_SAP or similar enterprise system experience
_Having a background in [specific local needs; e.g. Process Automation] is a plus
3.Training/ Certificate培训和资格证书：
Project Manager training and/or PMI / PMP certification
4.Specific knowledge专业知识：
Proven expertise in common project management methodologies and tools, open minded for agile approaches
5.Specific skills专业技能：
Organized to work independently and responsible towards project or cultural objectives

English and preferable the local language skills must be on a high professional level

_Proficency in using MS office softwares
_Solid knowledge of Microsoft project management and collaboration tools, Jira/Confluence is an asset
