As Intern in Collaborative Innovation, you will support and independently drive internal transformation mandates to unlock the potential of our teams and leadership along our Innovation Strategy. In addition, you will get the chance to build and foster external collaboration with universities and research institutes in driving research programs and engaging bright talents in student projects or global initiatives.

Your tasks

  • Prepare, design and co-facilitate team and leadership workshops to support a successful implementation of our Innovation Strategy
  • Support the Head of Collaborative Innovation and the Head of Global Innovation in preparation of top management discussions and strategy discussions
  • Drive our culture movement with a hands-on mentality and as a role model
  • Build and drive partnerships with academia, focusing on research programs or talent engagement activities
  • Create an overview of ongoing activities and communicate best practices
  • Globally collaborate with teams in R&D, Sustainability Business Development, Business Development, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Operations, Sales and others

Your profile

Profile
  • Strong interest in unlocking the potential of people, teams and organizations
  • Self-driven, well organized and independent
  • Curious, patient and creative mind with good communication and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor or Master's studies, preferably in Business, Innovation or similar
  • Previous work experience in people-related fields such as innovation, change management or similar
  • Experience with Innovation and facilitation methodologies such as Design Thinking or agile methodologies are a plus
  • Fluency in English, basic conduct in German a plus, additional languages an asset
  • Solid working experience of Microsoft Office, esp. Power Point / Excel
  • Flexibility to travel internationally
  • Work permit for Switzerland and/or EU
  • Start date 01.05.2023 or later
