Your tasks

Tasks
  • Assist Product Managers in capturing customer requirements. Review and validate the requirements to meet customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering Managers in defining software, electronics, mechanical, security, and test requirements.
  • Work with manufacturing engineers to define production requirements.
  • Continuously improve System Requirements Management processes and tools.
  • Work with System Architects in defining system requirements.
  • Coordinate user interface design efforts between UI designers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers, to ensure user interface design meets product requirements.
  • Analyze and prioritize implementation of requirements throughout the entire project life cycle.
  • Align local System Requirements Management processes and tools with global organization.

  • In this position, the System Requirements Engineer at Georg Fischer Signet collaborates with a team of engineers delivering innovative designs using cutting-edge development tools and practices. A successful candidate will use novel techniques to translate science and technology into approved requirements for products in the developmental stages to completion. In performing these duties, the System Requirements Engineer will contribute to the creation of systematic methods that will align our group values of:
