Your tasks

- • Manage the recruitment process; Coordinate the onboarding of employees
- • Manage and coordinate the training program
- • Participate in the planning of social events;
- • Participate in the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures and programs; Answer employee questions about company policies
- • Advise managers on all facets of human resources management
- • Collaborate in payroll and benefits management;
Your profile

- • Post-secondary degree in human resources, industrial relations or equivalent.
- • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience, ideally in a production environment;
- • Fluency in French and English (essential);
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- • Orientation for teamwork;
- • Ability to manage priorities and organize the work to be done;
- • Mastery of the MS Office environment;
- • Member of CRHA/CRHI, an asset.
