Your tasks

Tasks
  • Complete and send 8D reports to customers;
  • Check / update the work and control instructions and defect catalogs with the latest complaints and upload them to the internal portal;
  • Follows the implementation of the corrective actions established following the 8D meetings;
  • Check the effectiveness of corrective actions on successive lots.
  • Keeps the list of complaints and returned parts updated and submits the quality report at the end of the month;
  • Provide support for the preparation of PPAP documents and keep the list of PPAPs updated
  • Participates in the development of FMEA, Control Plan and Flow Chart for new items and permanently updates these documents for items from series production
  • Supervises internal selection activities and approves sorting and retouching methods together with RAQ and Resp. PROD, when these operations are necessary;
  • Perform internal product/process audits according to planning (as appropriate)
  • Informs the client about possible deviations in the process and requests a derogation for the parts produced in this way

Your profile

Profile
  • Bachelor degree
  • Knowledge of PPAP and 8D
  • Knowledge of the Al casting process
  • Knowledge of the Audit process (process and IATF)
  • Responsiveness, team spirit (honest, willing to collaborate)
  • Communication skills;
  • Capacity for analysis, synthesis and decision;
  • Perseverance and ambition;
  • Ability to process information, interpret and implement it;
  • Correctness, tenacity, seriousness, principled attitude in relations with people
