Your tasks
- Ensure the preparation, testing and repair of electronic / electromechanical assemblies or boards used on GF Agie Charmilles machines according to the needs expressed by customers or sales companies.
- Be or become the internal reference for the cards used in the EDM Sparkle generator (Clean Cut), troubleshoot and make sure the know how is kept and shared.
- Ensure the update of test programs and test interface for GENRAD tests and maintain the equipement. Carry out the 1st level check and periodic calibration.
- Perform the calibration activities for machine-tools according to standards.
- For the former Charmilles machines, test and validate new electronic / electrical components following obsolescence.
- Contribute to reach the service level of the team and make sure we find solutions for our customers.
Your profile
- Electronics Technician / ETS
- Knowledge of the technique of soldering / de-soldering of DIL or SMD components.
- Knowledge of Genrad test tool or equivalent: programming, updating programs, debug.
- English Level B1
- Autonomous, accountable, process and service orientation.
