Your tasks:
- Develop a digital transformation roadmap for global operations including global status quo assessment, identification of gaps, and definition of digital solutions to close the gaps in a global setup
- Lead the implementation of the digital transformation roadmap in close collaboration with the global sites
- Elaborate technical concepts, identify technologies, define solutions, and create standards and specifications that reinforce the Operational Excellence strategy of GF Piping Systems
- Inspire and lead a team of experts
- Coordinate and lead complex projects
Your profile:
- You have distinctive experience in the field of Industry 4.0, you know 'how good looks like', and how to manage global projects
- You have a process background (Bachelor's degree or higher diploma) with at least 5 years of business exposure and a combination of relevant IT touchpoints
- You have a proven understanding in identifying business and operational needs as well as in deriving and implementing impactful and practical strategic roadmaps for the digitalization of manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with leading a team as well as effectively interacting at the global level is a must
- English skills must be on a professional level, fluency in German is an advantage
- Your prowess in production IT infrastructure is an advantage
- Willingness to travel on business assignments (30%)
