Your tasks

Tasks
  • Responsible for Fixed Asset accounting in line with local and group accounting principals
  • Ensure and support the timely and accurate creation of Capex applications including financial valuation and manage the approval process
  • Establish a fixed assets tracker for monthly reporting for actuals and forecast to ensure transparency on investment progress and to provide input for liquidity planning
  • Reporting of actuals and forecast in the centralized reporting system
  • Monthly analysis of capex projects for alignment with credit applications and Budget. Identification of deviations and propose corrective measures in cooperation with Project managers
  • Monitoring the signing of the receipt, commissioning documentation and timely approval of invoices for fixed assets
  • Responsible to manage the inventory tagging process including timely activation
  • Manage and participate in the fixed assets verification process
  • Prepare and submit all tax returns for land and buildings to local tax authorities
  • Monitor the sales & cost tracking process for tooling
  • Support corporate assets insurance activities and reporting

Your profile

Profile
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in controlling and accounting
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Economics
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principals (IFRS, Romanian accounting standards)
  • MS Office (extended Excel skills, PowerPoint)
  • English (fluent), local language (fluent)
