Your tasks
- Establish and continuously develop the enterprise architecture framework, including the definition of principles, guidelines and standards based on best practices
- Identify and create business architecture models and IT architecture models and align them with each other and with GF's strategy.
- Build the global enterprise architecture team and support/guide divisional architects in making the best use of standards, best practices and resources
- Identify and continuous improve of architecture processes, tools and governance in all domains of IT business, applications, data, platforms and technology
- Collaborate with the demand and project teams to ensure compliance with EA policies and guidelines in the projects
- Create and ensure high transparency and holistic documentation in the EAM-tools e.g. LeanIX to enable fast decision-making in functional and technical questions regarding the IT landscape
- Assess all architectural elements and their (inter-) dependencies in all Divisions with the respective divisional architects
- Analyse, design and implement the (master) data architecture within the global SAP S/4 HANA transformation program
- Responsible for the global GF Enterprise Architecture
Your profile
- Academic degree related to IT or similar qualification
- 10+ yrs. experience as an enterprise architect,
- 5+ yrs. experience within data architecture e.g. ERP, BI and analytics solutions in domain-driven design (large enterprise architecture)
- Strong focus to push standardization and harmonization
- Ability to independently prioritize and to work independently, flexible, efficiently and target oriented with excellent time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex IT issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group and to win others - fluent in German and English
- Project Management experience preferred
- Enthusiastic team player who wants to shape actively IT and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
