Your tasks
- The Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Operations Manager provides high quality and efficient support to the GFMS office and production user community.
- You will lead and support a team of 5 people (ICT coordinators and production server administrators)
- You are supported by our service provider for the servers, workplaces & network. You are the reference contact for our partner and support them in finding accurate solutions when needed.
- You make sure that the IT strategy and guidelines given by GF group are well implemented on the division level.
- You ensure that our infrastructure and applications (including SAP) operate well and liaise with our service partner and internal applications teams to improve where necessary.
- Having an "hands on" and problem solving attitude, you drive projects, guide the division through MS Azure transition and advise business on solutions to be implemented.
Your profile
- Bachelor in information technology and/or successful track record in ICT Operations and Applications support in mixed production, R&D, industry and business applications environments.
- IT Service Management for outsourced ICT infrastructure (workplace, network and servers).
- In-depth and hands on expertise on VMWare vSphere , Microsoft Server and communications technologies.
- Language : Fluency in English, German or French mother tongue
