Your tasks:
- Support the roll-out of a global Sales Excellence program
- Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to support new products campaigns with the needed sales enablement material
- Work in close collaboration with the global and regional sale enablement managers, and the sales enablement specialists to develop world-class digital training content to activate global marketing campaigns and employee onboarding
- Internal communication for all employees in sales and marketing for sales enablement initiative releases
- Manage the onboarding community channels and coordinate global communication
- Work with the Data Analytics team to develop new dashboards to validate effectiveness of sales enablement activities
Your profile:
- Self-driven, well organized and independent
- Curious, patient and creative mind with good communication skills
- Motivated with good problem solving skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written), plus any other European language
- Very good working experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. Power point and Excel
- Power Bi knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Articulate 360 knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing/Education / Instructional design / Business
- Flexibility to travel international
