As a member of our Finance Shared Service Center (SSC), you will complete our well-established team for the GF Machining Solutions division responsible for travel expense management.

Your tasks

Tasks
  • Process expense reports for Georg Fischer Machining Solutions affiliates in Switzerland using the MXP tool
  • Establish current valuations and reconciliations
  • Controlling the accounting in SAP
  • Monitor / control of credit card settlements
  • Be the contact person for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting colleagues in other SSCs in Switzerland in the processing of expenses
  • Support the team in carrying out various tasks

Your profile

Profile
  • Completed basic commercial training
  • Professional experience in the above mentioned field
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Proficiency in the use of MS-Office (in particular MS-Excel)
  • Good knowledge of German and French for oral and written communication, English is a plus
  • Independent and structured way of working method with a solution/result-oriented approach
  • Communicative way of working
  • Interest for entrepreneurial tasks and processes continuous optimization
  • Willingness for service-oriented teamwork
