物流专员 - Logistic Specialist - Georg Fischer Piping Systems Ltd, Shanghai

主要工作职责：
1.Be responsible for goods import & export process in bonded warehouse to ensure goods is released timely and correctly, checking inventory, bill, payment and other information in bonded warehouse to ensure our inventory and account correct；
负责保税仓库货物的进出库报关单据和手续，确保货物及时进出保税仓库; 核对库存、对账、付款以及相关工作，确保货物和账目正确；
2.Assistant to coordinate sales demanding planning and material planning；
根据要求，协调销售需求计划和物料计划；
3.Be responsible for indbound and outbound handling in SAP to ensure on-time and correct information；
负责在SAP系统中收发货，确保信息及时、准确；
4.Be responsible for releasing PO, expediting, feedback to company, payment to ensure materials arrive in company on time, purchase information being accurate, puntual and transparent；
负责采购订单下发、跟催、反馈、付款等工作，确保采购物料及时到达，采购信息准确、及时、透明；
5.Take other business related tasks assigned addtionaly to improve whole departments’ performance；
承担公司安排的其他与业务相关的工作，确保所属部门整体绩效提高；
