您的任务
- 主要工作职责：
- 1.Development, test and technical release of innovation products and the associated production technologies in close collaboration with PMs, according to the valid product specification, valid business concept GPMS and GFPS TCA manual;
- 紧密配合产品经理团队根据有效的产品说明书，商业计划书，GPMS和研发中心技术手册开发，测试和放行创新产品和与之配套的生产制造技术;
- 2.Project management in an overall way [time, cost, quality, applications, directives, control and communication] through the cooperation within the project team [product designing, mold engineering, process, purchase, production, quality department, …];
- 协调项目团队[设计，模具，工艺，采购，生产，质量等]从整体上完成项目管理工作[时间，成本，质量，应用，放行，控制和沟通];
- 3.Documentation of the development result [PLM, calculations, drawings, BOM, master data, …] according to GPMS and GFPS TCA manual;
- 根据GPMS和研发中心技术手册对项目开发文件归档[PLM，计算结果，图纸，物料清单，主数据等];
- 4.Analysis of competitor products and continuously observe critical trends, patents [IP rights] and evolutions in a timely manner;
- 及时的分析测试竞争对手的产品并持续的监控关键的产品开发趋势，专利及革新动态;
您的个人资料
- 任职资格：
- 1.学历：本科学历以上学士学位；
- 2.年龄：25岁至40岁；
- 3.经验：三-五年产品开发相关工作经验；
- 4.培训和资格证书：大学英语六级，中英文读，说，写流利；
- 5.专业知识：塑料材料和塑料加工专业知识
- 6.专业技能：具备项目管理知识技能；
- 7.计算机：熟练使用office软件，project 软件；
- 8.身体条件：身体健康；
