Your tasks
The IT Systems Administrator manages all activities related to IT support and IT implementation projects. Ensures full IT functionality on daily basis. Manages and deploys changes to current and new processes as it relates to IT. Analyzes, develops and implements IT system enhancement according to users’ needs and requirements. Ensure that all IT projects goals are accomplished according to specification and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and will have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users within the organization.
This employee exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of office or non-manual work directly related to management policies or to the general business operations of the Company or customers. As well as regularly and directly assist a proprietor, manager or exempt administrator or works under only general supervision while executing special assignments or performing specialized or technical work requiring special training, experience and/or knowledge. In addition, this position spends more than 50% of work time performing administrative duties.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred
- 5 years proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- An intricate knowledge of, and experience with, the software life cycle process, a plus
- Thee years experience in all phases of technical project management, a plus
- Five years experience in all phases of application systems management, including systems analysis, design, implementation and testing activities, a plus
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
