For our COOL-FIT piping system, we are looking for a Product Manager to join and reinforce the team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen. In this position, you will manage the pipe components of our systems at the interfaces between the market, development, and production.

Your tasks:

Tasks
  • Strategical and global development of the product range including make-or-buy decisions
  • Manage the portfolio within its entire product life cycle
  • Support the R&D in technical projects as well as the logistic department in improving processes and availability
  • Develop the business in cooperation with regional sales companies and the Business Development department
  • Analyze market and customer feedbacks in order to develop a strong sales argumentation as well as the next-generation product portfolio
  • Initiate marketing campaigns and develop annual marketing plans
  • Support and prepare sales argumentation, product documentation, digital channels, and training documentation
  • Train customers and GF employees

Your profile:

Profile
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, refrigeration engineering, or equal
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager
  • You are experienced in application fields like plastic piping systems, air conditioning, or refrigeration
  • You are fluent in English, German is a big plus
  • Your willingness to travel of approx. 25% rounds off your profile
  • You hold a work permit for Switzerland
