您的任务

主要工作职责：
1.Be responsible for the process development of new projects, make process flow diagrams and various specifications, participate in the study of mold development and design review and give constructive suggestions, propose relevant technical requirements for equipment, tooling, molds and products, and participate in the selection of equipment, tooling and molds.
负责新项目工艺开发，制订工艺流程图和各类规范，参与模具开发设计评审，提出设备、工装、模具和产品的有关技术要求，并参与设备、工装模具的选择。
2.Be responsible for the installation, debugging and inspection of the on-site equipment of the new project, and monitor the effectiveness of the equipment and process of the production line according to the design requirements, prepare and maintain technical documents and relevant records, ensure that standardized operations are reasonable, and supervise on-site operations and records in accordance with standardization.
负责新项目现场设备的安装、调试和检验、根据设计要求，监控生产线设备工艺的有效性，编制和维护技术文件及相关记录，确保标准化作业合理，监督现场按照标准化进行作业和记录。
3.Continuously optimize the tooling equipment, process layout, material flow, and dominate the plant automation renovation project, enhance the efficiency, reduce the energy consumption of manufacturing, reduce the workers load, optimize the allocation of personnel to reduce manufacturing costs.
持续优化现场工装设备，工艺布局，物料流，并主导工厂自动化改造项目，提升现场效率，减少制造能耗，降低人员负荷，优化人员配置从而降低制造成本。
4.Ensure the normal operation of the equipment of the series production project, and provide on-site process and equipment technical support for the production department,
improve the production process, monitor the on-site production quality status, and support to solve the on-site product quality problems of customer production
保证已量产项目设备正常运行，为生产部门提供现场工艺及设备技术支持，完善生产工艺、监控现场生产质量状况，支持解决客生产现场产品质量问题。
5.Participate in the implementation of various ENCs and continuous improvement plans, and be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of ENCs.
参与各类工程更改及持续改进的计划实施，负责工程更改的实施和监控。
6.Be responsible for the pre-investigation, feasibility analysis & project promotion of lean projects in Beijing plant.
完成北京工厂精益项目的前期调研、可行性分析、项目推进。
7.Carry out the corresponding lean production activity in Beijing plant, including but not limited to tools training of lean production, lean production activities of specific guidance
在北京工厂内开展相应的精益生产活动，包括但不限于精益生产工具的培训工作、精益生产活动的具体指导。
8.Be responsible for the CIP review of Beijing plant, implementation of adoptive CIP
负责北京工厂CIP的评审工作及被采用CIP的组织实施工作。
9.Identify the waste on site,give the proposals and make the improvements, Organize regular lean meeting in Beijing plant, assist the department manager to promote lean management
识别现场的精益浪费，提出建议并进行改进,定期组织北京工厂的精益会议，协助部门经理推进精益管理。
10.Count the project information of lean production, such as the number of implemented projects, investment, income, etc., and report to the plant manager of Beijing
统计北京工厂精益生产的项目信息，如实施项目数量、投入、收益等，向北京工厂厂长汇报。
