您的任务

1.Operate the extrusion production equipment, accept the daily task allocation of the workshop, implement the production plan, reasonably arrange and transfer the daily work of the employees in the production workshop, so as to ensure the orderly progress and smooth handover of the work of the shift;
操作挤出生产设备，接受车间日常任务分配，执行生产计划，对生产车间员工日常工作进行合理安排和调动，保证本班工作的有序进行及顺利交接;
2.Conduct product quality inspection and process research to ensure that the operation meets the existing specifications;
进行产品质量检查和工序研究从而确保操作符合现有规范;
3.Manage and train operators、workers and apprentices, carry out standardized operation training and safe operation specification training for employees in the production workshop, and supervise the implementation;
管理和培训操作员、工人和技术培养生，做好生产车间员工的标准化作业培训、安全操作规范培训并监督执行;
4.Be responsible for inspecting and monitoring the quality of products produced by the shift;
负责对本班生产产品的质量进行检查及监控;
5.Patrol the production site, observe the production operation status, deal with abnormalities in time and give feedback;
在生产现场巡查，观察生产运作状况，发现异常及时处理并做好反馈;
6.Ensure that all production equipment is routinely cleaned, spot checked and maintained;
确保所有生产设备得到例行的清洁、点检、维护、保养;
7.Follow the 5S management requirements and standards of the company and departments, and do a good job in the on-site 5S work;
遵照公司、部门的各项5S管理要求和标准，做好现场5S工作;
