Your tasks
- to support industry sales team in pre-order stage by providing the necessary info to customer (ie: quotation, stock availability, lead time, selling price)
- to process customer order, manage and ensure timely delivery of goods to customer (this also include liaising with different departments internally (ie: purchasing, finance, logistic/warehouse)
- Coordination work involving GF factories overseas is also required to ensure no communication gap and mismatch in expectation
- to liaise with customer on goods collection both GFMY and bonded warehouse. In some cases it could also means delivering goods to customer (DDP or DAP)
- Key in necessary details (provided by service team) into SAP system when there is product complaints
- Documentation to be maintained according to ISO requirement and GF compliance requirements
Your profile
- At least 1-2 years SAP experience in supply chain related modules
- Ability to communicate and adapt to working with colleagues from different countries and background
- Basic knowledge in supply chain (logistics, warehouse, custom clearance) is a plus
- Inside sales experience is a plus
- Able to handle fast-paced work environment.
- Resourceful in problem solving
- Persistent, can-do attitude, and willing to go extra mile to get the job done
- Organize and detail oriented
- Willing to learn and improve continuously
- Positive attitude
