Your tasks:

- Support the EMEA regional marketing & communications team in planning and executing major events and trade shows across the region (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
- Collaborate with the global, EMEA, and local MarCom teams to define the event requirements (campaign/product focus, speakers, …)
- Support EMEA events with attention to financial and time constraints
- Plan layout and determine booth requirements in close collaboration with global, EMEA, and local MarCom teams
- Arrange travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings
- Assist in the promotion of the events through marketing channels (social media, emailing, and advertising)
- Monitor marketing leads and report status/results
Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business management, hospitality, public relations, or similar degree/experience in a relevant field
- Well organized and able to work autonomously
- Motivated team player with strong time management and a problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills in English and German
- Willingness to travel in Europe
