What's the role?
We are looking for the Regional IT Manager in Berkel, Netherlands. In this role, you ensure and coordinate IT Delivery services for all users in global business unit organizations. You are the contact person for all local stakeholders, managing your team of internal staff, contractors, and service providers.
This role includes extensive communication with business stakeholders and leading various IT Delivery efforts. You would represent Global IT to our end users, providing necessary support and lead the Onsite IT team. We are seeking a hands-on, diplomatic but firm leader who strives for excellence.

What does the role involve?
As Regional IT Manager, you oversee IT Delivery services for our end users, making you the responsible local contact person for all IT-infrastructure related topics. You are the functional and direct team lead for all IT personnel, including hiring and especially the further development of the team, while focusing on the end user experience. You are a direct contributor and responsible for local and global Business and IT projects. Finally, as one of the Regional IT Managers in EMEA, you work in close collaboration with peers in different locations as well in close contact with our Global IT.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Manage, organize, and further develop IT Delivery services to the global business unit, aligned with Global IT standards and processes.
• Collaborate and maintain close relationships with key business and Global IT stakeholders.
• Own and enhance the end-user experience with IT support and infrastructure.
• Guide the IT Delivery team with team members across the globe (primarily 2nd level support).
• Ensure proper implementation of Global IT projects.
• Coordinate and cooperate on IT projects and tasks (including change management, end-user communication, team management, and cross-functional collaboration) with a focus on global business unit requirements.
• Ensure IT compliance through regular monitoring and correction of IT processes; manage IT demands.
• Handle local contract and provider management for all IT services, including coordination of external IT service providers, performance and cost monitoring, and annual IT budget planning.
