Scrum Master (m/f/x)

Liechtenstein, Schaan

Job reference: WD-0007017
What's the role?
As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach you will be accountable for the effectiveness of one or more Agile Teams within Strategic Marketing
You will be responsible for ensuring that the teams you are working with are properly trained and able to work effectively using the Scrum framework: you will be ensuring that the teams are fully familiar with the roles, artifacts, and events embodied within Scrum and that they are able to use them to deliver value consistently and predictably.
As part of the Agile Cohort, you will work closely with the other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to help develop our Agile adoption strategy and to help Hilti—as a true leader—to embrace Agility: driving organizational change and the development of an Agile mindset and behaviours.
Who is Hilti?
If you’re new to the industry, you might not have heard of us. We provide leading-edge tools, technologies, software, and services for the global construction industry, and beyond. At Hilti strong customer relationships create solutions that build a better future, where there is pride and a sense of belonging across our 120 global locations. It’s where people explore possibilities, leverage their potential, own their personal development, and grow lasting careers.
What does the role involve?
As a Scrum Master you will work closely with your teams: coaching the team members in self-organization, self-management and cross-functionality; helping the team to focus on creating high-value Increments that meet an agreed Definition of Done; causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress; and ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.

You will work with your Product Owners: helping to find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management; helping the teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items; helping establish empirical product planning within our complex environment; and facilitating stakeholder collaboration as necessary.
Beyond the team, you will work with the whole of Hilti: leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Agile adoption; planning and advising on the adoption of Agility within the organization; helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work; and removing barriers between stakeholders and Agile teams.
93% of our people say they’re proud to work for Hilti, thanks to the quality of our products and the way we look after our people.
What do we offer?
You will be working with a team of people striving for excellence, with an open, inclusive and supportive culture. Bring your own perspective and achieve results together with others.
Come to a place where you will own your development and career journey: global or local, cross-functional or as a specialist. If you’re willing to go the extra mile, there is no limit to what you can achieve.
