What's the role?
The Head of IT Delivery EMEA oversees IT service delivery across six sub-regions (E1–E5 and META), ensuring exceptional user focus and service orientation. Serving as the primary contact for IT service delivery and support, this role aligns regional operations with global standards while addressing local IT needs, driving efficiency, and fostering excellence in service delivery. This position can be located in Germany, the UK, Netherlands or Italy.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible.

What does the role involve?
A successful candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in globally oriented IT teams, with 3–5 years leading multi-national IT projects or initiatives. Proficiency in IT infrastructure, market trends, and translating technical concepts into business value is essential. They should demonstrate strong user and business focus, change management expertise, and a strategic understanding of IT's role in achieving business goals. The role requires a proactive, organized, and result-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Leadership potential is crucial, with a focus on building and developing high-performing teams.

What you need is:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a globally oriented IT team, demonstrating strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of 3–5 years guiding multi-national IT projects or driving infrastructure/technology-related initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of IT technologies and market trends, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, value-driven business language.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, including relevant technologies and services.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in IT, Engineering, or Science, or equivalent professional background.
