As an Audit Business Partner Manager, you act as a trusted partner to protect organizational value by identifying company risks, process compliance and the effectiveness of internal controls. You and your team provide independent, objective assurance, advice and insights to stakeholders, directly contributing to the improvement of our processes and operations.

What does the role involve?
Hilti’s internal audit aims to offer an increased level of assurance and deliver forward-looking insights. Our audits are based on our internal control system and cover all major business cycles.
As an Audit Business Partner Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading comprehensive audits across regions, market organizations, plants, and headquarter functions. This includes:
- Identifying Audit Scope and Objectives: determining the specific areas to be audited, assessing associated risks, and identifying the necessary resources. You also develop a detailed audit plan and schedule.
- Overseeing the Audit Process: guiding the audit team through the entire process, ensuring compliance with audit standards and procedures, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Reporting and Action Planning: compiling detailed reports of audit findings and supporting entities in developing appropriate action plans. You also follow up to ensure that identified issues are resolved and corrective actions are implemented.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate audit results and provide insights for process and control improvements.
You successfully lead your team of internal auditors, develop talents, and recruit new team members. You actively promote new ways of working, inspire and support your team to achieve ambitious results, overcome challenges and leverage opportunities arising from emerging technologies.
