Plant Controller
Responsibilities
- Lead the Controlling processes in our Carmi plants to ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial accounts.
- Collaborative partner for our Plant Managers and Leadership teams in financial and operational result analysis.
- Develop and implement operating metrics and actions to improve key performance indicators.
- Work closely with the plant leadership team as well as the regional Controlling team to create annual budgets and review monthly forecast
- Support with internal and external financial audits for your plants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance / controlling or a comparable education.
- 3+ years of experience in plant controlling
- Various controlling and accounting processes in production companies and have experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Fluent English skills to collaborate with your international team colleagues complete your profile.
- Ability to work on-site in the Carmi, IL area.
