What's the role?
As a Global Product Manager, you will play a key part in our dynamic, international team as you define and manage your product portfolio for the global market according to Hilti’s strategy and priorities. To accomplish this, you will interact daily with development, supply, quality management, logistics, as well as our markets around the world to bring our differentiated products and services to life for our customers.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will have global impact in driving a product portfolio to achieve product market leadership. You will act as business owner of your portfolio, evaluating market potential and prioritizing our customers’ needs in mind. Working closely with local marketing teams, you will define business opportunities aligned with the global strategy. Monitoring competition within your portfolio, you will play a key role in defining the product roadmap and developing business cases for product development projects. As the voice of our market organization, you will help us achieve our Business Unit goals.

What you need is:
  • A master’s degree in engineering (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven expertise in a B2B industry, in sales, business development, or marketing related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business problems, extract the essence in wide data sets and craft implementable solutions.
  • Proactive, open-minded thinker with pragmatic, hands-on skills, and excellent communication across organizational levels.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages are highly valued.
